WS reports status of Event account as $3200 and general account as $1800 with commitments of $980 to sustaining membership
JK asks if APSCO has been paid, WS investigates and gives cheque to JK
JK proposes $2000 maintained in event account for seed money events, discussion re amount to be held
JJ speaks about unusual requests ie. Tsunami meaning we should maintain a goodly amount in the event account
SB proposed an amendment to revise motion to maintain $2500 - passed
BC proposed, JB seconded that we give victim services $500 - passed
brief discussion re incorporation
WS sustaining membership payments have gone out.
WS sending semi annual dues out this week
JJ deferring turnover to fall as he is unable to attend
