LK had contacted two Credit Valley schools and met some resistance around dictionaries / discussion as to inventory of books and focus on the willing participants / stick to insisting that we hand out dictionaries

WS report on Texas Hold'em...a great success with proceeds of $2,640 and about $1,200 profit

next poker scheduled for 18 January
MN reports on allocation of charity funds per member vote:

Other ...the remainder save for a 20% holdback for club admin, prior commitments etc.
