Topics discussed youth exchange with school boards and their arrangements.
Roles of the credit valley AM Rotary Club sheet was handed out by Dale
Michelle and Jim SR will be working on finding out information with guidance councilors Cost was discussed possible roles.
Mathias, Jim, volunteered to be a host family
Turn over date was made 21 July with meeting held that day too

Lobster festival auction pictures were offered 25 may 2011 Silent auction was discussed in detail Lobster cost was $5.75 / $75 per ticket $700 for table of ten Jim will be point on budget Tickets to be printed Art work proofs to be completed and voted on next week Jim Will talk to Mississauga west club regarding partnering with an alternate date of lf.
Camp enterprise students to be asked for shirts Micheal took lead on 50/50 draw / did the draw for the Mathias won the 50/50 draw
