Stephen to purchase hockey tickets for buffalo in March vs the Habs Michelle offered to run a golf tournament for next year September or October Wendell will work with Michelle on this project Mark discussed hams and turkey 2.4 kg boxes Lobsterfest Jim to design postcard Mark no band information yet Pricing to stay the same as discussed in august 1000 per table w free advertising or 75 per ticket Silent auction still being sourced Trillin may be an issue to sponsor a table or donate prizes Credit valley is ok to donate prizes for the auction Ticket for drink 5 for 20 water and pop free Stephen to organize picture auction Door prizes was discussed Mathias to talk to beer manufacturer Dale to wine makers Mark to look into wine as well, Early bird tickets was cut out Paul to work on accounting on the whole event. Calendar to be put on table of rotary events upcoming Wendell and Mike at bar
